Try Liberty Flights Vape Liquid Now
Here is our review of Liberty Flights, a vaping company which sells mostly e-cig pens together with their accessories. We have tried some of their products and were impressed by them, and the following review will take a look of what we thought about the products that we were able to test, as well as the company itself and their website and the rest of the products that they offer.
Liberty Flights E-Liquid Flavors
The Liberty Flights e-liquids really impressed us when we tried them. The liquids are perfect for the adventurous, as they all have pleasant and surprisingly strong flavors. Each one is unique and some even a little strange, but certainly worth a try. Another great aspect to this was the wide range of flavors, with thirty-five on offer, each as interesting as the last! All of their e-liquids come in four strengths, from 0% nicotine to 1.8%, making them perfect for all kinds of smokers. The fruity flavors were delicious but nothing particularly special (you can buy a berry flavor liquid anywhere, for example). However, their sweet and exotic section is exactly what the name promises – very sweet and very exotic! This is the section where you will find strange and unique flavors like “winter nip” or “summer rain.” Disclaimer, while these flavors are both very tasty – I don’t know if you’ve ever tasted the summer rain, but I imagine it doesn’t usually taste like berries and citrus. Although some of the flavors do get a bit too ‘Yankee Candles’ with their names, we still love how they taste! Liberty Flights also offers a bulk buy deal, allowing you to mix and match your flavors, so even if you’re feeling a little too unsure about that Blood Tonic flavor, you can buy in bulk alongside some safer flavors and still spend very little.
Liberty Flights Vapor Production
Liberty Flights pride themselves on that significant throat hit produced by all of their products, along with clouds of vapor to go with it. However, we aren’t massively impressed with the simplistic range of e-cigs they offer. The only product they sell is the basic e-cig pen, which despite being a classic and high range for what it is, isn’t nearly enough when you’re looking to fine tune the perfect vaping experience. The long and short of it is, it doesn’t matter how high the quality of the product is if the company isn’t selling exactly what you’re looking for!
Ease of Use
There is nothing at all complicated about Liberty Flights’ products. The e-cigarettes are almost as simple to use as a normal cigarette – as with most, they have the basic safety feature of five clicks to turn on or off (easier, perhaps, than using a cheap lighter for your cigarette). Besides the fully in-tact starter kits sold on the site, they also sell the individual components – atomizer heads, clearomizers, batteries etc. – but even these are fairly simple to piece together. Likely the easiest to use product of its kind that you’re going to find on the market. No added bonuses, sure, but also no added complications; a benefit of a simplistic and basic range of products.
Battery & Charging
At the time of posting this review, Liberty Flights only offers five batteries. All are for e-cig pens, so not a lot of range there, but they are all good quality. The cheaper, lower voltage batteries boast an all-day charge, and while they make no such promises for the higher voltage batteries, they are still promised to have a reasonably long battery life for their voltage nonetheless – dependent, of course, on usage. The designs are chic and modern, compact and sleek, and even the most expensive is fairly good value for money considering the high quality of the product.
Accessories
Unfortunately, accessories are one of the company’s weaker points. We already know that they have limited variation among their e-cigarettes, and the same is very much true for their accessories. They offer a few basic necessities, like spare atomizers, chargers, cases etc. but beyond that, little else. If you’re shopping specifically for customizable or interesting accessories for an e-cig that you already own, perhaps you’re better off looking elsewhere.
Liberty Flights Starter Kits
The main market of Liberty Flight seems primarily focused on starter kits. Their limited product options, their simple designs, and their reasonable prices all seem to point back to this one concept. They know what they’re selling – an easier transition from smoking to vaping – and in their defense, they do it well. They come with all of the basics you might need, a fully constructed e-cigarette, a charger, and a bottle of e-liquid in either tobacco or menthol flavor.
Liberty Flights Prices
In keeping with this idea that Liberty Flights is more of a ‘starter kit’ company than anything else, their starter kits could certainly do with being a little cheaper. However, we won’t complain much, as the products are certainly well made and of high quality – you get what you pay for. A basic starter kit, with a disposable clearomizer and a less powerful battery is $50, but it is only an extra $10 to instead opt for an e-cigarette with a non-disposable clearomizer (only having to change the atomizer heads), a stronger battery, and with the capacity for more e-liquid per refill. Liberty Flights also offers the option to buy two of the cheaper starter kits, and get %50 off the second, making the price $75 for two starter kits that would normally be $50 each. In terms of the other products, most are a little pricier but all within a reasonable range. E-liquids are $16.95 for 10ml, but this price decreases to $15.95 each if you buy five together, and $13.95 each for a bulk order of ten, which still isn’t ideal, but better. The batteries range from the cheapest at 650mAH, which is $35, going up to $69 for the strongest variable voltage battery (1600mAh) – You have the chance, at least, do shop within your budget – even if it is at the sacrifice of a better product. Finally, atomizers start at $5, and clearomizers range from $9.95 to $35.
Design and Packaging
Liberty Flights seems to pride itself on the sleek and modern designs of their products. Within their e-cig pen range, they offer a few different colors – though they are all metallic based, so if bright or primary colors are your thing, there’s nothing here for you I’m afraid. The packaging is slim, compact and light, and their style seems to have a focus on the elegant and minimal look. It works for the products, but again, this is the only look they offer so make sure this is what you’re after if you plan on buying one of their pens.
Shipping & Warranty
Liberty Flights ships worldwide from the UK. Despite the few shipping deals they offer, however (free shipping for starter kits, or for orders over $135) and occasional sales to keep an eye out for, the shipping is a bit too expensive for our tastes. There are, at least, options to choose between the cheaper Royal Mail Shipping at $9.95, or the fast DHL shipping service at $30. Unfortunately, to save money and opt for the cheaper alternative could mean (depending on which part of the world you’re in) waiting up to 4 weeks for your order – so order well in advance. The warranty offered by Liberty Flights is also something of a let-down. Only on starter kits do they offer a 30 day money back guarantee, but everything else is only warrantied for DOA, meaning if it breaks even within days of delivery, then sucks to be you, I guess. As far as we can tell, this is unlikely to happen, but for some of us, shelling out $69 for a battery can require a bit more peace of mind than that.
Overall
In a nutshell, Liberty Flights – much like most companies on the market, if we’re to be fair to them – has areas they excel in, and areas where they seem to struggle. As a general recommendation, Liberty Flights seems great for helping to ease you through your transition from a smoker to an ex-smoker. The starter e-cigs are exceptional, in price, design, and simplicity. The rest of their products, I’m afraid, are less so. We wouldn’t, therefore, make any recommendations to any more advanced vapers looking for something more interesting.
That being said, however, we couldn’t recommend the e-liquids more. We love them. So, even if you’re not particularly interested in the devices or accessories sold by Liberty Flights, then their e-liquid section is still worth a browse – you never know, you could end up finding your new favorite flavor.
We wouldn’t write off Liberty Flights completely. They’re a high quality, top market brand. They’re professional and well designed, and yes their products are sadly limited, but the few options they do offer show craftsmanship and are good, sturdy products. In fact, we like what they offer, and we like it a lot. More than anything, it just seems a shame that they don’t have more of it to offer.
